Cass Lake IHS offering public COVID-19 vaccine clinic

Cass Lake IHS will hold one more public vaccination clinic for those needing their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Officials say many doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will be offered to Indigenous and non-Indigenous residents, over the age of 16, in the following cities: Cass Lake, Bena, Walker, Deer River, Federal Dam, Longville, Boy River, Laporte, Inger, Bemidji, Blackduck, Remer, Kelliher and Tenstrike.

The clinic will be held Friday at the Cass Lake Boys and Girls Club, and community members must call (218)368-4763 by Thursday for an appointment.
