ST. PAUL- Flags are flying at half-mast across Minnesota today in observance of the 18th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Governor Tim Walz says the state of Minnesota joins the rest of the nation in remembering the Americans who lost their lives and the first responders who died fighting to save them.
His proclamation said, “September 11th reminds us that there is more that unites our country than divides us.”
He declared it Patriot Day and a Day of Service and Remembrance in respect for the victims of this tragedy.
