Public hearing on parking ordinance

The City of Bemidji’s Public Affairs committee will hold a public hearing Tuesday, Dec. 3, at 6 p.m.,  on a proposed ordinance amendment that would affect the overnight parking of trailers and recreational vehicles on city streets. The former nursing director of a Grand Rapids nursing home is facing seven counts of medication theft.
