Situation Update for Tuesday, July 28

The Minnesota Department of Health reported 480 newly-confirmed COVID-19 cases and four new COVID-related deaths, bringing the state’s cumulative total to 52,281 cases and 1,580 deaths. Motorcyclist killed near Park Rapids

A Park Rapids man was killed early Tuesday morning after striking a deer. According to the state patrol, the 42-year-old motorcyclist was eastbound on Highway 34 in Henrietta Township around 1:15 this morning when he struck the deer.
