Acute Spine Center opens on Sanford Bemidji campus

Sanford Health opened the Acute Spine Center on the second floor of the Sanford Bemidji Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center.

According to a release, the new center offers a comprehensive evaluation and medical management for those with back or neck pain.

A team of specialists in chiropractic care, physical therapy and orthopedic medicine will be housed there, trained to address spine pain in all phases of recovery.

“I am greatly looking forward to partnering with David Galloway in chiropractic care, as well as Jarad Sysrstad, Michael Lohse and Kent Johnson in physical therapy to provide the most comprehensive level of care possible to those seeking relief from back and neck pain in our community,” said Kelly Pruett, an orthopedics nurse practitioner in the new Acute Spine Center.

No referral is required to make an appointment.
