Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union held a grand opening event for their new Mahnomen branch Thursday.
According to a release, the White Earth Reservation Federal Credit Union has served the White Earth Nation since 1966.
“In recent years, the small credit union faced challenges serving its members due to its limited size and earnings,” said the release.
“By merging with Affinity Plus, White Earth FCU is able to improve the banking experience and access to financial resources for people living and working on the White Earth Reservation.”
