A 45-year-old man from Waubun is under arrest in connection with a hit-and-run Aug. 12 in Becker County that injured two people.
Authorities say the victims were working on a stalled vehicle along a highway in Maple Grove Township in the early evening when they were hit by a vehicle, which then fled.
The victims were airlifted to a Fargo hospital.
Charges are pending against the suspect, Justin Richey.
