House Majority Leader Ryan Winkler says all major budget bills have passed out of the House.
Winkler says after this week, House and Senate leaders will negotiate the budget items to come up with one budget that will pass through the House and Senate and end up on the Governor’s desk.
Other items this week included more advancement on the recreational marijuana bill, as well as supplemental public safety funding.
