As universities and colleges across the nation face dwindling enrollment post-COVID-19, Sen. Rob Kupec (DFL-Moorhead) is introducing a package for further investment in the state’s higher education system, Minnesota State, which includes campuses such as Bemidji State and NTC.
Kupec said his bills have two options, one to increase funding allotments and another for free tuition for qualifying students.
