AUDIO: U.S. Senator Tina Smith introduces legislation to incentivize mental health practice in rural areas

U.S. Senator Tina Smith is one of the co-authors of bipartisan legislation to incentivize mental health providers to work in rural areas.

According to Smith, mental health providers practicing in places with an identified shortage would qualify for student loan repayment.
