AUTO THEFT REPORT: Active stolen vehicles

The Bemidji Police Department is asking for assistance in locating stolen vehicles in the area.

  1. Case #20022029 – 11/21/2020 – 2010 Silver Buick Enclave Leech Lake plates “Lovely”
  2. Case #20021738 – 11/17/2020 – 2014 White GMC Sierra 1500, MN plates 267LFY (NOT PICTURED)
  3. Case #20021222 – 11/9/2020 – 2000 White GMC Sierra 2500, rear bumper damage, older red Boss Straight blade plow, MN plates 150NVA
  4. Case #20004133 – 2/29/2020 – 2001 Silver Toyota Tacoma, red Western brand plow, MN plates BWM942.
  5. Case # 19024963 – 11/29/2019 – 2008 Black Chrysler Town and Country, MN plates 478NZN.

If a stolen vehicle is sighted, citizens can contact the Bemidji Police dispatch center at 333-9111 option 2. Anyone with information on a stolen vehicle can contact the BPD’s Auto Theft investigator Jesse Becker at (218)556-2276.

  2. Stolen 2006 Buick Lucerne recovered on 10/24/2020
  3. Stolen 2012 Chevrolet Malibu recovered on 11/1/2020
  4. Stolen 2014 Kia Soul recovered on 11/3/2020
  5. Stolen 2007 Suzuki Forenza recovered 11/6/2020
  6. Stolen 2014 Ford Focus recovered on 11/10/2020
  7. Stolen 2004 Chevrolet Blazer recovered on 11/17/2020
  8. Stolen 2005 Dodge Caravan recovered on 11/19/2020

As the weather continues to grow colder, Bemidji residents are reminded that it is unlawful to leave a vehicle running unattended with the keys in the ignition.
