The Bemidji Police Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for stolen vehicles in the area.

The latest auto theft is dated from yesterday, a silver or gray Chevy Malibu, Minnesota plate BNH-870.

Two other vehicles are still reported stolen, a 2001 Silver Toyota Tacoma with a red Western plow (MN BWM-942), and a 2008 Black Chrysler Town and Country (MN 478-NZN).

Two other vehicles were stolen this month but have already been recovered, a Buick Century and a Nissan Altima.

Anyone with information pertaining to vehicle thefts is encouraged to contact Auto Theft Investigator Jesse Becker at (218)556-2276.

Bemidji residents are reminded that it is unlawful to leave keys in a running, unattended vehicle per city ordinance.
