A Bagley man was killed in a crash near Thief River Falls Sunday.

According to the state patrol, 32-year-old David Anderson of Bagley was northbound in a Plymouth Voyager on Pennington County 10 when he attempted to cross Highway 1.

Anderson was then struck by a 25-year-old Warren man in an Oldsmobile Intrigue.

The Voyager rolled into the ditch, coming to a rest upside down on the roof.

Anderson was transported to Altru Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Intrigue driver, Jesse Waldorf, was also treated at Altru for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The Warren and Thief River Falls Fire Departments, the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office and the DNR assisted at the scene.
