A Bagley School Resource Officer is no longer in custody.
According to court records, 31-year-old Neil Dolan of Shevlin appeared in court Friday where bail was set. Unconditional bail was set at $1 million, but cash and conditional bails can lower that amount; for Dolan, it ranged from $250,000 to $500,000.
The criminal complaint accuses Dolan of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old on the last day of school in 2017.
Dolan will make his Rule 8 court appearance Dec. 2.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says their investigation began when the Bagley Police Chief voiced her concerns on November 19 about Dolan’s behavior towards a minor child.
