According to the original release, 58-year-old Paul Sandstrom of Blaine was last seen around 3:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon, in the Gardner and Bad Medicine lakes area, in northern Becker County.

He was supposed to meet the rest of his hunting party later that evening, but did not arrive at the scheduled time.
