The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to over the weekend, from Friday, Nov. 1, through Sunday, Nov. 3.

Disorderly Conduct, 10:15 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW. Upon arrival, subject was identified and sent home.
Agency Assist, 7:38 p.m.
Officers assisted Beltrami County Sheriff’s Deputies with a second degree assault investigation and arrest on the 5200 block of 15th Street NW. One juvenile was arrested.
Suspicious, 7:27 p.m.
Caller was concerned someone was going to try to steal his vehicle on the 700 block of 28th Street NW. Officers found the claims to be unfounded.
Suspicious, 6:55 p.m.
Spoke with complainant who reported someone was knocking on her door on the 600 block of America Avenue. Source of noise was gone upon officer arrival. No further action taken.
Trespass, 9:01 a.m.
Adult male consuming alcohol in Downtown Laundry, owner verbally trespassed him from the premises. Cleared.
Theft, 8:09 a.m.
Theft from vehicle on 1000 block of Irvine Avenue NW.
Property Damage, 4:57 a.m.
Damage to residence on 1000 block of Minnesota Avenue NW.
DWI, 2:12 a.m.
Officers made contact with an individual who called 911. One 20-year-old adult was arrested on 15th Street NE and Birchmont Drive.
DWI, 1:58 a.m.
Traffic stop, arrested driver for DWI on 9th Street NW and Minnesota Avenue.
DWI, 1:12 a.m.
Traffic stop. Driver, 18-year-old, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Bemidji Avenue N and 19th Street NE.
Ordinance Violations, 1:09 a.m.
Violation of city ordinance on 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive. Verbal warning for leaving keys in the ignition of a running motor vehicle.
Property Damage, 12:25 a.m.
Property damage, several bricks were thrown through car windows on the 200 block of 3rd Street NW.
saturday, nov. 2
Suspicious, 10:36 p.m.
Report of someone throwing bricks off roof of building on the 200 block of 3rd Street NW. Unable to locate suspects.
Property Damage, 9:12 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of damage to property on the 300 block of Railroad Street SW. One male arrested for damage to property and violation of HRO.
Theft, 1:21 p.m.
Officer spoke with a party regarding possible mail theft on the 700 block of 30th Street NW. Owner only wanted information and did not wish to pursue anything further.
Juvenile/Status Crimes 1:20 a.m.
Officers made contact with minors who were consuming alcohol on the 1800 block of Bemidji Avenue N.

Assault, 11:55 p.m.
Fight report on the 600 block of 3rd Street NW.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 9:15 p.m.
Responded to a call of reckless driving conduct on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive. One was arrested for DWI.
Disorderly Conduct, 7:20 p.m.
Request to remove trespassed male on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW. Male had left prior to arrival. Second intoxicated male found in the area sleeping transported by EMS.
Suspicious, 6:40 p.m.
Officers responded to a possible fight between two intoxicated males on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW. Subjects were not actively fighting and did not require assistance.
Burglary, 6:14 p.m.
Officers took a report of a theft from a garage on the 1300 block of Minnesota Avenue NW. Two firearms were stolen.

Tools stolen from vehicle on 1100 block of America Avenue NW.
Theft, 4:32 p.m.
Report of a rifle stolen from a vehicle on the 9100 block of 12th Street NW.
911, 4:20 p.m.
911 call reporting child yelling in backseat of vehicle on the 900 block of Lake Boulevard NE. Unable to locate upon arrival.
Robbery, 2:55 p.m.
Report of an armed robbery at a local business on the 400 block of Algoma Street NW. One male was arrested.
Theft, 12:59 p.m.
Theft of a leather jacket on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW.
Theft, 11:51 a.m.
Theft from vehicle on 900 block of Lake Shore Drive NE.
Suspicious, 10:47 a.m.
Vague report of suspected suspicious person on the 1800 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW. No action taken.
Warrant, 10:22 a.m.
Subject with warrant observed on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW. He gave officers the slip and was not located.

Traffic stop, driver arrested for DWI on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW.
Property Damage, 2:02 a.m.
Property damage report taken, vehicle was egged on the 1700 block of America Avenue NW.

Traffic stop, arrested driver for 3rd degree DWI refusal on the 800 block of Irvine Avenue.

Individual arrested for DWI on Bemidji Avenue N and 4th Street NW.

Report of group of people causing problems on the 100 block of Cherry Blossom Lane NE in Cass Lake. Group left before law enforcement arrived.

Stolen vehicle report from the 8700 block of Country Club Road NE.
Fire, 11:13 a.m.
Deputies responded to a residential fire on the 7900 block of Grange Road NW. No actions needed by deputies.

Deputy conducted a welfare check on an adult male in Pinewood after he reported someone stealing trees from him.

Report of a possible assault on the 600 block of Archery Road NW. Female arrested for warrants and cited for false name and minor consume.
