BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
WEDNESDAY, JAN. 1
Theft, 8:12 p.m.
Three subjects left a restaurant on the 700 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW without paying for service. Two males were cited for theft. One female was arrested for assault in addition to other charges.
Assist, 7:32 p.m.
Assist Border Patrol at the 600 block of 38th St. NW.
Accident, 6:02 p.m.
Driver was placed under arrest for DWI after a vehicle crash on Divison St. and Jefferson Ave. NW.
Burglary, 5:17 p.m.
Burglary reported on the 500 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
Civil, 2:53 p.m.
Questions about retrieving property from an ex-fiance, who is in jail.
Sex Crimes, 8:28 a.m.
Officers took a report of a sexual assault. One male suspect was located and arrested for 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
Assault, 2:11 a.m.
One adult male arrested on 1st St. E and Wood Ave. SE.
Assist, 12:46 a.m.
Officers responded to a disturbance on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave NW. One adult male was arrested for a probation violation.
TUESDAY, DEC. 31
Disorderly Conduct, 11:59 p.m.
Request to remove an intoxicated male from a residence on the 1900 block of Norton Ave. NW. Male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Assist, 7:20 p.m.
An adult female had vehicle troubles on Roosevelt Rd. SW. Officers assisted her in pointing her in the direction of the repair shop. Female insisted on driving her vehicle. Officers advised her not to drive the vehicle if it was not operating normally.
Suspicious, 4:49 a.m.
Officers stopped a male on a bike without proper lighting on 14th St. and America Ave. NW. Male arrested on an outstanding warrant. No other charges.
DWI, 2:56 a.m.
Traffic stop on the 2800 block of Pine Ridge Ave. NW. Multiple individuals placed under arrest for a variety of reasons.
DWI, 12:41 a.m.
An adult male was arrested for DWI test refusal on 5th St. and Irvine Ave. NW.
BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
wednesday, jan. 1
DWI, 10:17 a.m.
Report of a one-vehicle rollover crash on Aure Rd. and Debs Rd. NW in Solway. Adult female transported to the hospital. An adult female was arrested for DWI.
Suspicious, 2:30 a.m.
Deputies stopped a vehicle leaving the area where suspicious activity was reported on the 4700 block of Whitetail Rd. NE. One male arrested for an out of county warrant.
DWI, 2:29 a.m.
Traffic stop on Division St. and Archery Rd. resulting in one male being arrested for DWI.

Warrant, 11:39 a.m.
Adult male arrested on an out of county warrant on the 400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. SE.
Warrant, 9:37 a.m.
An adult female was arrested on a local warrant on the 1200 block of Miles Ave. SE.
