The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Monday, Feb. 13.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Disturbing the Peace, 8:02 p.m.

Anonymous noisy neighbor complaint on the 1300 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Renter apologized and agreed to keep the music down.

Violations/Court Orders, 8:40 a.m.

A juvenile was arrested on the 2900 block of Division St. W for an HRO violation.

Burglary, 8:32 a.m.

Reported on the 900 block of 26th St. NW.

Assist, 8:11 a.m.

Officers assisted the drug task force with a search warrant at a local address on the 1000 block of Bemidji Ave. N. One arrested.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

DWI, 9:21 p.m.

DWI investigation on Roosevelt Rd. and Tawanaville Ln. SE in Cass Lake. Test results pending.

Burglary, 3:36 p.m.

Reported on the 6000 block of Scribner Rd. NW.

Assist, 3:12 p.m.

One arrested on Highway 2 and Moberg Dr. NW.
