The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Monday, March 30.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Disorderly Conduct, 7:16 p.m.

Report of a large gathering on the 700 block of 17th St. NW. Officers informed parties of executive order.

Suspicious, 3:39 p.m.

Took a report of possible drug activity on the 200 block of 25th St. NW.

Theft, 1:18 p.m.

Report of an attempted theft on the 1200 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

Drugs, 11:33 a.m.

Adult female told friend that several suspects with firearms were inside her apartment on the 800 block of 26th St. NW. Female transported to ER for a drug overdose.

DWI, 2:25 a.m.

Officer located a subject sleeping in his vehicle on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. One adult male arrested for multiple charges.

Disturbing the Peace, 12:27 a.m.

Caller reported a house party on the 1000 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Officer spoke to a tenant and issued a verbal warning for disorderly house.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Traffic Stop, 8:33 p.m.

Traffic stop on Highway 71 and Highway 2 NW. Driver arrested for DWI and passenger arrested for false name.

Assault, 4:34 p.m.

Reported on Highway 89 and Highway 2 NW. One arrested.

Burglary, 3:27 p.m.

Deputy took report of a burgled residence on the 5000 block of Kappes Ln. SE in Cass Lake.

Burglary, 8:33 a.m.

Burglary of an unoccupied building in Kelliher.

Agency Assist, 2:25 a.m.

Assist Bemidji Police Department on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. One arrested.

Assault, 12:24 a.m.

Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office and Leech Lake Tribal Police Department were called to the scene in Cass Lake of an assault and property damage. A juvenile was arrested and held at the juvenile center.
