The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Monday, Nov. 7.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

DWI, 8:52 p.m.

Traffic stop on Scott Ave. and Roosevelt Rd. SE. One arrested for DWI.

Found, 5:09 p.m.

Officers dispatched to Conifer Ave. and Itasca Loop NW for a report of a found firearm in a local park. Officers checked the area and located a broken toy gun.

Fire, 2:12 p.m.

Officer responded to the 700 block of Washington Ave. S to a report of a fire. Fire extinguished prior to fire department’s arrival.

Theft, 12:10 p.m.

Officer took a report of a theft from a residence on the 1200 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

Assault, 10:14 a.m.

An officer took a report of an assault at the Bemidji High School. Juvenile arrested.

Assault, 4:47 a.m.

Alleged assault by security on premises of the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Animal, 11:01 p.m.

Deputies responded to poachers who shot a deer near the 29600 block of Everts Rd. NE in Blackduck. DNR arrived and conducted an investigation.

Fire, 9:31 p.m.

Report of a field on fire on the 28900 block of Highway 1 NE in Northome. Found to have active burn permit.

Assist, 7:38 p.m.

Leech Lake doing a follow-up on a burglary on the 15500 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE.

Theft, 8:00 a.m.

Theft of a tree stand reported on Thoren Dr. and Grant Creek Rd. NW in Solway.
