The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Monday, Oct. 3.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Suspicious, 9:54 p.m.

Officers called for an intoxicated person near a local apartment complex on the 1900 block of Delton Ave. NW reportedly throwing bikes on the ground. Subject was gone upon officers arrival.

Suspicious, 6:48 p.m.

Hospital employee reported intoxicated adult female attempting to break into a parked squad car outside the ER on the 1300 block of Anne St. NW. No damage. Subject was trying to find an officer to give her a ride home.

Trespass, 3:23 p.m.

Officer responded to a removal at a local business on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Upon arrival, a citation for trespass was given and male arrested for Cass County warrant.

Assault, 1:50 p.m.

Arrested one adult male for assault and damage to property on the 100 block of Minnesota Ave. SW.

Medical, 1:28 p.m.

Officers assisted the Beltrami County Jail and Bemidji Ambulance Service with a drug overdose on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

Theft, 11:37 a.m.

Stolen firearm reported on the 800 block of 10th St. NW. Possible suspect lives in Mille Lacs area.

Theft, 11:04 a.m.

An officer responded to Wal-Mart for a shoplifter. A female was arrested.

Medical, 2:59 a.m.

Officers responded to a potential overdose on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW. Officers seized evidence and subjects were cleared by EMS.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

DWI, 5:57 p.m.

Adult arrested for DWI on Tyler Ave. and Roosevelt Rd. SE.

Agency Assist, 3:33 p.m.

Subject arrested for domestic assault on Main St. S. in Blackduck.

Welfare Check, 9:50 a.m.

Male caller wanted Deputy to respond to a Bemidji residence to document two ghosts.

Assist, 12:29 a.m.

Courtesy ride provided after being followed by a male party on 4th St. and Beltrami Ave. NW.
