The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Thursday, Jan. 12.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Theft, 9:53 p.m.

Officer was waved down by a female individual on 10th St. and Irvine Ave. NW. Female later said she was being harassed and told law enforcement to leave.

Welfare Check, 9:29 p.m.

Report of a female walking in traffic on the 700 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. Female later arrested.

Disorderly Conduct, 5:49 p.m.

Adult male trespassed from McDonald’s and cited for disorderly conduct on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S.

Welfare Check, 4:03 p.m.

Welfare check on juvenile child on the 600 block of America Ave. NW. It was determined child was playing VR system and was yelling at the game.

Drugs, 2:41 a.m.

Drug paraphernalia located by jail staff on inmate. Charges added for introducing contraband.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Welfare Check, 1:29 p.m.

Welfare check for a person laying on US Highway 2. MN State Patrol provided him a ride home.
