The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Thursday, Jan. 27.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Pursuit, 9:28 p.m.

Officers were performing routine patrol and located a male with an active Beltrami County warrant. one arrested on Maurice Ave. and 10th St. NW.

Hazards (dangerous), 3:32 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a logging truck that lost its load in the roadway on 5th St. and Jefferson Ave. SW. The driver was cited for not securing the load properly.

Welfare Check, 3:04 p.m.

Warrant arrest on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

Assault, 3:58 a.m.

Officers responded to a report of an assault on Minnesota Ave. NW. One female arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

DWI, 10:03 p.m.

Reported suspicious person on the 25300 block of Beltrami Line Rd. SW. Male arrested for second-degree DWI and fifth-degree drugs.

Assault, 6:37 p.m.

Deputy responded to an assault on the 4700 block of Kappes Ln. SE in Cass Lake. LLTP arrested one adult male for assault. No action by deputy needed.

Warrant, 2:08 p.m.

Adult arrested for warrant and court order violation on the 13400 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
