The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Thursday, June 1.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Trespass, 10:18 p.m.

Unknown male subject attempted to walk through reporting party’s property on 11th St. NW. Officer responded to the area, was unable to locate male subject at this time.

Theft, 10:09 p.m.

Theft of traffic cones on Bemidji Ave. and 23rd St. NE. Individuals brought the cones back, no charges.

Welfare Check, 10:05 p.m.

Welfare check on a vehicle stalled in the middle of the roadway on the 1200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver was confused on how to get to McDonald’s.

Agency Assist, 8:13 p.m.

BCSO assist on the 2100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. SE. One arrested.

Dead Body, 7:48 p.m.

Officers responded to a welfare check on Pershing Ave. SE. Male was deceased.

Juvenile/Status Crimes, 4:30 p.m.

Juvenile runaways located on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. All females arrested.

Assist, 3:47 p.m.

Assist, female placed under arrest by BCSO.

Accident, 12:04 p.m.

Officer responded to a two-vehicle accident on the 900 block of Carr Lake Rd. SE. Driver cited for DAR/No insurance which resulted in a DWI arrest.

DWI, 2:11 a.m.

Officers responded to the report of a possibly intoxicated female in a vehicle on the 19200 block of Birchmont Dr. NE. Subject was placed under arrest for DWI.

Assault, 1:56 a.m.

Male arrested for domestic assault on 3rd St. NW.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Burglary, 8:13 p.m.

Burglary of a church on the 2100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. SE. One arrested.

Disorderly Conduct, 3:04 p.m.

One adult male taken into custody for probable cause of domestic assault in Kelliher.

Agency Assist, 12:04 p.m.

Deputy located driving complaint subject and arrest made for DWI on the 900 block of Carr Lake Rd. SE.
