Bemidji Police Department
Weapons Offenses, 9:34 p.m.
Lone call of a possible gunshot on the 1000 block of Washington Avenue S. Officers searched the area but found nothing suspicious.
Suspicious, 7:22 p.m.
Suspicious male reported looking through people’s properties on Gemmel Avenue SW. Male cited for public consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
Suspicious, 6:46 p.m.
Report of a passed out driver in a drive thru on Hannah Avenue. Subject left prior to Officer arrival and was not located.
Suspicious, 6:47 p.m.
Report of two suspicious male individuals near vehicles on the 1700 block of Bemidji Avenue N. Officers were unable to locate the individuals.
Accident, 4:53 p.m.
Officers responded to a two vehicle accident on Paul Bunyan Drive NW with no injuries.
Assist, 4:50 p.m.
Caller wanted police escort to meet online date. Officer told caller, “we do not assist in that way.”
Welfare Check, 3:48 p.m.
Intoxicated subject lying in alleyway on America Avenue NW. Subject transported to Sanford ER by Bemidji Ambulance.
Property Damage, 2:57 p.m.
Written on glass window of building on the 300 block of r4th Street NW sometime during the past few hours. No suspect info.
Sex Crime, 2:36 p.m.
Report of a sex crime.
Theft, 12:23 p.m.
Adult female, 52-year-old Theresa Stately, arrested on misdemeanor warrant and cited for shoplifting on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive.

Disturbing the Peace, 10:50 p.m.
Loud music complaint on Pond Road N.
Suspicious, 7:42 p.m.
Report of a suspicious person. Deputies checked the area of Alps Court NW, unable to locate.
Theft, 2:44 p.m.
Accidental gas drive off on the 500 block of Anne Street NW. Driver agreed to pay for the fuel.
Suspicious, 1:01 p.m.
Suspicious vehicle partially in the ditch on Northwood Road NW in Solway. Contacted the owner and they already had a tow on the way.
Assist, 9:28 a.m.
Assisted Red Lake Tribal Police Department with pursuit. Did not leave the reservation, deputies not directly involved.
Suspicious, 8:54 a.m.
Deputies responded to a suspicious female entering a residence on the 1200 block of Little Norway Avenue SE. Female left but was located. female was found to be the ex-girlfriend of the residence. Owner of the residence did not wish to pursue charges.
Theft, 7:48 a.m.
Gas drive off after attempted use of card on the 13,000 block of Irvine Avenue NW.
Suspicious, 1:02 a.m.
Suspicious noises determined to be high winds on the 5100 block of Kappes Lane SE in Cass Lake.
