The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Tuesday, Oct. 27.


Theft, 8:39 p.m.

Theft of a political flag reported on the 700 block of 4th St. SE. Flag was found and returned. One juvenile cited.

Warrant, 9:11 a.m.

Warrant arrest on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.


Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 3:51 p.m.

Vehicle in the ditch at Old Long Lake Rd. and Puposky Rd. NW. Adult arrested for DWI.

Assault, 12:31 p.m.

Domestic assault with a knife on the 2000 block of Whiting Rd. NW. Two victims injured, one female suspect arrested.
