The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Tuesday, Oct. 6.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Suspicious, 5:26 p.m.

Officer responded to a suspicious persons complaint on 15th St. and Irvine Ave. NW. Upon arrival, it was a male working a landscaping job. Nothing suspicious to note.

Assault, 3:08 p.m.

Caller reported assault on the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 2:20 p.m.

Caller reported road hazard on Grant Ave. and 1st St. E. Officer spoke to juveniles in regards to the location of their basketball hoop. No further action needed.

Assault, 1:54 p.m.

Caller reported domestic assault on Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Officer arrested adult male for domestic assault charges.

Burglary, 10:23 a.m.

Burglary reported on the 100 block of Park Ave. SW.

Weapons Offenses, 9:03 a.m.

Reported on the 2500 block of Park Ave. NW.

Welfare Check, 8:02 a.m.

Information in regards to a male who made statements leading staff to believe he spray painted something on the mall.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 11:04 pm.

Reckless vehicle in Hubbard County on Highway 2. Driver was arrested by Hubbard County. A dog in the vehicle was transported to the Bemidji PD animal pound to assist Hubbard County as the arrestee lives in Beltrami County.

Assist, 1:05 a.m.

Stand-by for the MSP on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for DUI.
