BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Family Crimes, 8:43 p.m.
Officers investigated a possible child abuse case.
Theft, 7:09 p.m.
Caller reported a male and female arguing on the 2800 block of Pine Ridge Ave. NW. Determined to be a confrontation regarding theft and male referred for charges.
Accident, 1:29 p.m.
An officer responded to a vehicle versus bicycle crash on 19th St. and Irvine Ave. NW.
BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Fire, 9:31 p.m.
Two large brush fires reported on the 13000 block of Flat Balsam Rd and Meadowview Rd. NW in Lammers township. They were maintained.
Warrant, 7:30 p.m.
Female arrested in Itasca County on an outstanding Beltrami County warrant. Female had possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Theft, 4:26 p.m.
Deputy spoke with involved parties regarding a possible theft on the 5800 block of Cardinal Rd. NW.
Suspicious, 12:48 p.m.
Suspicious claim for unemployment insurance reported in Kelliher.
Theft, 9:37 a.m.
Report of a stolen electricity meter on the 1200 block of Little Norway Ave. SE.
Hazards (dangerous), 7:07 a.m.
Report of washout on road under construction on Scenic Highway SE in Blackduck. Highway department contacted. Confirmed highway department on scene.
DWI, 4:48 a.m.
Male arrested for DWI on Bemidji Ave N and 8th St. NW.
