The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, Feb. 24.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Disorderly Conduct, 8:09 p.m.

Officer responded to the report of a male attempting to steal a flag on the 300 block of 4th St. NW. It was determined the male was attempting to fix it as it had become stuck in a tree.

Burglary, 7:59 p.m.

Reported on the 2500 block of Phoenix Loop NW.

Disorderly Conduct, 9:51 a.m.

An officer responded to a call of disorderly conduct on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. The male subject was arrested on a warrant.

Weapons Offenses, 5:46 a.m.

Reported on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 4:15 a.m.

Caller chased off two youths rummaging through her car on the 800 block of 2nd St. SE. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Fire, 9:45 p.m.

Report of a fire on the 5000 block of Theater Ln. NW. BFD was contacted and the fire was legal and under control.

Assist, 3:19 p.m.

Spoke with DNR conservation officer in reference to controlled substance activity on the 57100 block of Hudec Resort Rd. NE in Waskish. No action by BCSO. One arrested.
