The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, July 15.
BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Suspicious, 10:28 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. A female was arrested for DWI.
Welfare Check, 9:27 p.m.
Officer responded to a welfare check on the 1100 block of America Ave. NW. Officer spoke with homeowner in regards to juveniles on roof.
Welfare Check, 6:26 p.m.
Officer responded to a welfare check on the 400 block of Bemidji Ave. N. Officer was advised individual had outstanding warrant. Individual was arrested.
Disorderly Conduct, 1:26 p.m.
An individual was arrested for trespassing on the 400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Civil, 9:33 a.m.
Caller from out of town wanted a subject that had been living with brother removed from brother’s trailer on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW. Officer advised this could not be done.
Disorderly Conduct, 7:43 a.m.
Caller reported suspicious male throwing garbage at vehicles leaving McDonald’s South. Intoxicated male spoken to about his behavior.
Medical, 5:20 a.m.
Officers assisted EMS with a possible assault victim. No suspects at this time.
BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 11:59 p.m.
Driving complaint on Roosevelt Rd. SE and Popple Dr. SE. Driver arrested for suspicion of drug DWI.
911, 10:02 p.m.
911 hang up, domestic assault on the 5600 block of Alps Ct. NW. Probable cause for arrest issued.
Theft, 7:39 p.m.
Suspected theft from a mailbox reported on the 19300 block of Swallow Dr. SE in Cass Lake.
Burglary, 6:12 p.m.
Burglary reported on the 3400 block of Division St. W.
Welfare Check, 7:23 a.m.
Deputy checked on a child reported to be walking down the highway in the ditch. Child was walking his dog, was standing in his driveway when contact was made.
Suspicious, 2:32 a.m.
Deputy located an open door on a vehicle at a body shop on the 100 block of Oscar Ave. NW in Blackduck.
Suspicious, 12:13 a.m.
Male arrested for ineligible possession of a firearm on the 1100 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE.
