The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, June 30.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

DWI, 9:38 p.m.

Traffic stop on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.

Welfare Check, 9:20 p.m.

Officers responded to a welfare check on the 600 block of 38th St. NW. One male subsequently arrested.

Accident, 7:02 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a hit-and-run on Highway 2 and Moberg Dr. NW. The suspect vehicle was not located.

Assist, 1:30 p.m.

Warrant arrest on the 1400 block of 2nd St. NE.

Theft, 11:49 a.m.

An officer took a theft report from the 700 block of Industrial Park Dr. SE.

Suspicious, 8:18 a.m.

Report of a suspicious vehicle on the 500 block of America Ave. NW. Just a guy using library WiFi to download an app on his phone.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 9:37 p.m.

Impaired driver on Blackduck Lake Rd. and Summit Ave. W in Blackduck. Arrested in Red Lake for DWI.

Assault, 6:10 p.m.

Domestic assault on Turtle River Lake Rd. NE. One arrested.

Traffic Stop, 4:11 p.m.

Traffic stop on Park Ave. and 23rd St. NW. Subject arrested for DWI and possession of a controlled substance.
