The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, May 17.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Trespass, 9:08 p.m.

Individuals possibly trespassing on 30th St. and Hiway Ave. NW. Officer arrived on scene and observed a camping tent with no one inside. Landowner was contacted and advised he would remove tent.

DWI, 8:21 p.m.

Traffic stop on 15th St. and Park Ave. NW. Multiple arrested.

Warrant, 7:05 p.m.

Subject arrested on local felony warrant on the 2100 block of Paul Bunyan DR. NW.

Suspicious, 10:25 a.m.

Report of people climbing on the roof of a church on the 400 block of Lincoln Ave. SE. Individual asked to remove the garbage dumpster from the side of the building.

Assault, 2:54 a.m.

Report of assault on Roman Dr. NW. One arrested.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Theft, 7:23 p.m.

Theft from vehicle on the 400 block of Park Ave. SW in Wilton.

Theft, 7:04 p.m.

Report of stolen Nintendo Switch console on the 800 block of Town Hall Rd. NW.

Theft, 6:29 p.m.

Report of vehicles being gone through sometime throughout the evening on the 200 block of 3rd St. NW in Solway.

Fire, 4:07 p.m.

Deputies assisted MN DNR Fire with fire on rural personal property on the 11500 block of Power Dam Rd. NE. No law enforcement action taken by deputies.

Burglary, 3:35 p.m.

Complaint of a residential burglary on the 5600 block of Alps Ct. NW where a Vizio 27″ flat screen TV, Nintendo Switch game console, and prescription medication were taken.

Property Damage, 1:27 p.m.

Complaint of an unknown individual allegedly cutting wood on private property on the 16600 block of Big Turtle Dr. NE without permission from the landowner.
