The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, May 27.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Assault, 11:34 p.m.

Officers responded for a possible verbal domestic on the 800 block of 18th St. NW. Officers made contact with the individuals who were having a verbal argument, no physical altercation occurred. Officer arrested a driver for DWI.

Warrant, 10:14 p.m.

Officer arrested individual for a warrant on the 1000 block of Washington Ave. S.

Disorderly Conduct, 8:18 p.m.

Officers responded to the report of a male interfering with a tow truck driver on the 2200 block of Division St. W. Subject arrested for false name and an outstanding warrant.

Fire, 6:37 p.m.

Officer responded to a residential fire on the 4800 block of Cherry Ln. NE.

Weapons Offenses, 6:32 p.m.

Officers responded to an alleged stabbing on the 1900 block of Birchmont Dr. NE. Two arrested.

Traffic Stop, 3:22 p.m.

One arrested on Paul Bunyan Dr. and Highway 71 NW.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Welfare Check, 10:16 p.m.

Welfare check on the 5000 block of Theater Ln. NW, female arrested for child endangerment.

Disorderly Conduct, 6:23 p.m.

Complaint of a trespasser outside of the residence on the 300 block of Becida Rd. SW. Trespasser left on his own accord.

DWI, 5:10 p.m.

Female arrested for drug DWI on the 2200 block of Division St. W.

Warrant, 4:41 p.m.

Local warrant pickup on the 3800 block of Animal Land Dr. SE.

Property Damage, 10:53 a.m.

Caller concerned that something went through her garbage can on the 2500 block of Fox Dr. NW. Deputy advised.
