The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, Oct. 26.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

DWI, 9:16 p.m.

Traffic stop on 18th St. and Irvine Ave. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.

Missing Person, 4:09 p.m.

Report of missing adult reported by spouse. Subject’s phone died and she was unable to call her husband. She later charged her phone and reported she was safe.

Assist, 11:23 a.m.

Assist Task Force on the 700 block of Grant Ave. NE. Arrested one male on outstanding warrant.

Suspicious, 7:25 a.m.

Report of vehicle parts near roadway on the 5100 block of Power Dam Rd. NE. Appeared to have been from vehicle/deer accident. No action taken.

911, 4:32 a.m.

911 misdial on the 600 block of Miles Ave. NE. Male stated he was trying to listen to music and his phone accidentally called.

Trespass, 3:32 a.m.

Officers responded to a removal call on the 900 block of Lake Shore DR. NE. Subject arrested after refusing to leave.

Traffic Stop, 2:49 a.m.

Traffic stop on Bemidji Ave. and 10th St. NW. One arrested for DWI.

Traffic Stop, 12:40 a.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on Bemidji Ave. and 6th St. NW for expired registration. Passenger of the vehicle was arrested on a felony warrant.

Weapons Offenses, 12:16 a.m.

Report of gunshots heard on Park Ave. and 14th St. NW. No victims were found. Investigation pending.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Accident, 9:35 p.m.

Car vs. Deer on Washington Ave. and Oak Hills Rd. SW. No human injuries.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 7:26 a.m.

Deputies responded to a motor vehicle fully engulfed in flames on the 15600 block of Turtle River Lake Rd. NE. Adult male arrested sometime after on numerous local charges.

911, 12:56 a.m.

Siri called 911 by mistake on the 700 block of S Gull Lake Rd. SW in Tenstrike.
