The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, Oct. 7.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Medical, 10:32 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of a possible overdose on the 400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. SE. One transported to ER by ambulance.

DWI, 8:13 p.m.

Traffic stop on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Adult male arrested for DWI.

Traffic Stop, 5:32 p.m.

Traffic stop on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Verbal warning for no seat belt, citation for no proof of insurance and one arrested for outstanding warrant.

Assault, 12:53 p.m.

Domestic assault between mother and son. One arrested on 25th St. NW.

Animal, 11:18 a.m.

Nuisance/aggressive dogs reported on Beltrami Ave. NW.

Assist, 10:34 a.m.

One arrested on Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

DWI, 1:57 a.m.

Complaint of a vehicle hitting a sign on Minnesota Ave. and 4th St. NW and taking off. Vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for DWI.

Suspicious, 12:09 a.m.

Caller reported hearing what she thought was fighting on Bemidji Ave. and 13th St. NE. Officers located several subjects and confirmed they were only horsing around.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Theft, 10:28 a.m.

Report of a stolen political sign in Puposky, just wanted a report made.

Theft, 8:17 a.m.

Report of a stolen political sign on the 3700 block of Carver Rd. NE.

Suspicious, 6:14 a.m.

Check on suspicious vehicle on Wilton Hill Rd. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.
