The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, Sept. 21.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Welfare Check, 11:27 p.m.

Officer checked on an adult male in a cemetery on the 2700 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW after hours. The subject was advised on his warrant.

Suspicious, 9:57 p.m.

Officer responded to the report of a suspicious shadow outside of the caller’s window on the 600 block of Miles Ave. SE. Upon arrival, it was determined to be a deer.

Assault, 6:41 p.m.

Report of an assault in progress on Beltrami Ave. NW. One arrested.

Accident, 6:22 p.m.

Female arrested for DWI after a crash and driving complaint on 15th St. and Bemidji Ave. N.

Dead Body, 5:20 p.m.

Subject found deceased on Lassie Ln. SW.

Assault, 2:42 a.m.

Officers responded to a local address on 9th St. NW for an assault. Suspect departed area prior to officer’s arrival. One arrested later.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

DWI, 9:25 p.m.

ATV traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign on the 15600 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE.

Agency Assist, 6:41 p.m.

Agency assist on Beltrami Ave. NW. One arrested.

Warrant, 2:40 p.m.

Adult male arrested on warrants on Irvine Ave. NW.

Suspicious, 8:53 a.m.

Suspicious object/abandoned baby stroller reported on Roosevelt Rd. and Doberman Ct. SE. Found unoccupied.

DWI, 2:09 a.m.

Adult arrested for DWI on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
