The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Monday, Dec. 9
BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Disorderly Conduct, 11:50 p.m.
Officers assisted bar employees with removing a disorderly adult male on the 100 block of Anne Street NW.
Assault, 9:04 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a possible domestic assault on Gregg Court NW. Upon investigation, one was arrested for domestic assault.
Warrant, 7:36 p.m.
Officers were given information of whereabouts of a person with a warrant. Officers arrested the individual.
Assist, 4:53 p.m.
Officers responded to a complaint of snowplow damage on 14th Street and Bixby Avenue NE. Unable to confirm if damage was from the plow.
Drugs, 4:32 p.m.
Officers responded to a complaint of a found needle in a stairway on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Avenue NW. The needle was collected and disposed of by officers.
Disorderly Conduct, 3:55 p.m.
Request to remove one from the 2900 block of Delton Avenue NW. Subject was arrested on an active warrant.
Disorderly Conduct, 11:49 a.m.
Request to remove one from the 1300 block of Anne Street NW. Subject was later arrested for 4th Degree Assault, 5th Degree Assault and Obstructing the Legal Process.
Assist, 8:45 a.m.
Report of a vehicle on the roadway that was missing one tire on 2nd Street and Bemidji Avenue N. Upon arrival, officer was advised the tire fell off of the vehicle while it was in drive. No damage or injuries. Officer provided traffic assistance while vehicle was removed from roadway.
BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Suspicious, 5:53 p.m.
Report of unpleasant smell coming through the apartment vents on the 600 block of Patriot Drive NW.
Suspicious, 2:39 p.m.
Deputies responded to a potential burglary in progress on Fenske Farm Lane. Was found to be utility workers.
Property Damage, 8:51 a.m.
Deputies responded to a property damage complaint on the 1500 block of Becida Road SW.
Burglary, 8:12 a.m.
Burglary of a seasonal cabin on the 4000 block of Kangas Curve Road SE in Cass Lake.
DWI, 3:42 a.m.
Vehicle in the ditch on Irvine Avenue and Big Turtle Access NW. Female arrested for 4th degree DWI.
Suspicious, 1:19 a.m.
Report of suspicious tracks in the snow on Blackbird Road NE in Cass Lake. Leech Lake assisted and determined the tracks were from a family of bunnies.
Harassment, 12:19 a.m.
Assist and advise on life choices and drug use in Pinewood.
