The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, March 4.
BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Traffic Stop, 9:59 p.m.
Traffic stop on the 1200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver was arrested for DWI and drugs, passenger arrested for drugs, and another passenger was arrested for warrants.
Warrant, 8:29 p.m.
An adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW.
Assist, 1:02 p.m.
Two individuals were placed under arrest for a warrant and other charges on the 600 block of Patriot Dr. NW.
Parking, 10:35 a.m.
Citation issued for theft of services after a report of a forged parking permit on the 300 block of 23rd St. NW.
Ordinance Violations, 8:28 a.m.
Ordinance violation on Calihan Ave. NE. Vehicle found running with keys in it. Owner was issued an administrative citation.
Accident, 5:17 a.m.
Head-on injury crash on the 5100 block of Bemidji Ave. N.
Burglary, 2:46 a.m.
Officers responded to a burglary in progress on the 5500 block of Bemidji Ave. N. One adult male was arrested.
Welfare Check, 2:45 a.m.
Welfare check on a male laying on the ground on Park Ave. and Anne St. NW. Adult female arrested for multiple charges.
BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Property Damage, 10:32 p.m.
Report of damage to a vehicle on the 4600 block of Little Loop Rd. SE in Cass Lake. The female driver was arrested for drug DWI and charges are pending for the damage caused to the vehicle.
Theft, 7:57 p.m.
Theft of a firearm from a vehicle on the 12900 block of Knappen Hill Rd. NE in Tenstrike.
Burglary, 5:55 p.m.
Burglary of a storage unit reported on the 3400 block of Division St. W.
Welfare Check, 3:10 p.m.
Deputy spoke with an individual having a hard time after losing his pet.
Theft, 10:11 a.m.
Theft of mail from a mailbox on the 1400 block of Averi Cir. NW.
911, 3:28 a.m.
One arrested on the 15700 block of Louds Rd. in Red Lake.
Assist, 12:22 a.m.
Assisted Clearwater County with an emergency ping for a female involved in a motor vehicle crash. Female was located on Main Ave. N in Bagley. One female was arrested.
