Bemidji City Council meeting preview for April 19

The Bemidji City Council will meet Monday for their regular meeting.

Mayor Jorge Prince will give a proclamation on Take Back the Night and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and career firefighters will also be sworn in during a ceremony.

After that, the council will hear a report from the Beltrami Area Resiliency Team, as well as routine council reports on member committee assignments.

The council will also consider awarding a bid for this year’s reconstruction of 5th Street, an MOU and professional services agreement for a paving project on Elliot Road, as well as an award of a quote for the Natural Playground Project.
