BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
SUNDAY, JAN. 29
Assault, 6:14 p.m.
Adult male stabbing victim transported to ER from the 700 block of Patriot Dr. NW.
Harassment, 3:27 p.m.
Officer assisted a local business on prank phone calls being received on the 1200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Nothing further was requested.
Theft, 2:08 p.m.
Adult male “push out” of a TV on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Assist, 10:37 a.m.
Report of a stolen vehicle, vehicle was at Dollar General on the 1000 block of Washington Ave. S and returned to owner.
SATURDAY, JAN. 28
DWI, 7:22 p.m.
Traffic stop on Washington Ave. and Roosevelt Rd. SE. Driver arrested for DWI.
Suspicious, 6:45 p.m.
Officers responded to the report of a male knocking on the complainant’s house on the 600 block of 3rd St. SE. Intoxicated adult male located and was looking for help to try and find a different address. No criminal activity observed.
Theft, 11:09 a.m.
Officer took a report of a theft from a vehicle on the 900 block of 26th St. NW.
Theft, 10:32 a.m.
Vehicle was entered on the 1200 block of 30th St. NW, nothing taken no damage.
Juvenile/Status Crimes, 10:15 a.m.
Mother found out juvenile daughter had been drinking at bars in town on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW.
Suspicious, 12:44 a.m.
Checked on suspicious vehicle on the 1000 block of Washington Ave. S. One male arrested.
FRIDAY, JAN. 27
Fire, 8:34 p.m.
Assist BFD with stove fire at apartment building on the 600 block of Justice Rd. NW.
Warrant, 8:13 p.m.
Self turn-in warrant arrest on Minnesota Ave. NW.
Assist, 7:32 p.m.
Officers answered caller’s questions about a local warrant for her ex.
Medical, 6:29 p.m.
Report of a male overdosing on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Male was alert and breathing. Transported by EMS.
Medical, 3:18 p.m.
Officers assisted Bemidji Fire with a report of a choking baby on Ash Ave. NW. Baby found to be OK.
Assault, 8:30 a.m.
A juvenile was placed under arrest for assault on the 2900 block of Division St. W.

SUNDAY, JAN. 29
Harassment, 7:12 p.m.
Complainant believes family members are conspiring against him, no proof found in Tenstrike.
Welfare Check, 4:54 p.m.
Deputies responded to a welfare check of three juveniles outside without proper clothing on Alps Ct. NW.
DWI, 1:28 a.m.
Adult arrested for DWI and drivers license status violation on the 5700 block of Nature Rd. NW.
SATURDAY, JAN. 28
Traffic Stop, 11:07 p.m.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Carr Lake Rd. and Jefferson Ave. SW for obstructed license plate. Driver arrested for multiple warrants and DWI.
Assault, 2:58 a.m.
Report of a domestic assault in Red Lake. Probable cause issued for the arrest of the male.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 1:28 a.m.
Traffic stop on Irvine Ave. and Continental Ct. NW. Multiple arrested for warrants and a drug DWI.
FRIDAY, JAN. 27
DWI, 8:31 p.m.
Vehicle stopped on the 1800 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW for the male driver having an active warrant and DAC-IPS driving status. The male driver was arrested for DAC-IPS, DWI and warrant.
Civil, 1:37 p.m.
Deputy answered question pertaining to trespassing snowmobiles cutting across property onto the lake on the 23800 block of Pleasant Valley Rd. NW in Puposky.
Disorderly Conduct, 1:16 p.m.
Complaint of a mother’s son causing damage to property on the 2100 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE. As a result of the complaint, one adult male was taken into custody.
Hazards (dangerous), 12:45 p.m.
Elderly female came tot he law enforcement center to turn in fireworks she found on her farm on the 4300 block of Van Buren Ave. SE.
Family Matter-non Criminal, 11:14 a.m.
Subject called stating that law enforcement needed to buy him a cell phone in Tenstrike.
Suspicious, 8:23 a.m.
An anonymous complaint of an adult licensed Beltrami County daycare provider allegedly neglecting her child and clients in Blackduck.
DWI, 8:11 a.m.
Deputy responded to a slumped driver on Paul Miller Ln. and Archery Rd. NW. One adult male arrested for DWI. One adult female arrested for outstanding warrant.
SWAT, 7:50 a.m.
SWAT. One arrested on the 19500 block of Mission Rd. SE in Cass Lake.
