Suspicious, 11:30 p.m.
Officer checked on three suspicious persons running in the roadway on 3rd St. and Mississippi Ave. NW. Subjects were running to family’s house for a ride. No action taken.
Family Matter-non criminal, 9:08 p.m.
Responded to a report of an 11-year-old refusing to clean his room. Advised child and father to work together to clean the room.
Assault, 6:14 p.m.
Officers dispatched to a home on Minnesota Ct. NW for domestic assault. An adult male was arrested.
Theft, 10:50 a.m.
Theft reported on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
Assault, 9:04 a.m.
Assault reported on the 3500 block of Moberg Dr. NW.
Property Damage, 8:53 a.m.
Caller reported property damage on Minnesota Ave. NW.
Theft, 3:54 a.m.
Officer located stolen registration tabs displayed on a vehicle during a traffic stop on Kay Ave. SE.
DWI, 1:33 a.m.
Traffic stop for running a red light on Highway 71 and Fern St. NW. One arrested for DWI.
Suspicious, 1:30 a.m.
Verbal warning for unsafe bicycling on 10th St. and Minnesota Ave. NW.
SATURDAY, JAN. 4
Welfare Check, 8:25 p.m.
Officer assisted another agency on Irvine Ave and 20th St. NW. Subject arrested for a probation violation.
Theft, 1:10 p.m.
Theft reported on the 8000 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
Burglary, 9;10 a.m.
Caller reported burglary on the 1200 block of Helen St. SE. Officer checked the residence, determined suspect was meter reader.
FRIDAY, JAN. 3
DWI, 11:28 p.m.
Officer conducted a traffic stop for loud exhaust on Kay Ave. SE. One adult male arrested for DWI.
Assault, 6:11 p.m.
Officers took a report of a possible assault on the 800 block of 4th St. SE.
DWI, 12:23 a.m.
Traffic stop on Irvine Ave. NW. Multiple individuals placed under arrest.
Traffic Stop, 12:14 a.m.
Traffic stop on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW. Verbal to driver for brake light, citation to passenger for open bottle drinking and consuming. One was arrested.

SUNDAY, JAN. 5
Traffic Stop, 9:06 p.m.
Traffic stop on Irvine Ave and Sunset Way NW. Driver arrested for false name and no insurance.
Traffic Stop, 8:34 p.m.
Traffic stop for expired registration on Ten Lake Trl. E. and Mission Rd. NE. Female driver arrested for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and 2nd Degree DWI. A male passenger was arrested for 5th degree possession of a controlled substance.
Traffic Stop, 6:05 p.m.
Traffic stop on Nature Rd and Balsam Rd NW. Driver arrested for false name and an out of county warrant.
SATURDAY, JAN. 4
Welfare Check, 8:25 p.m.
Intoxicated female arrested for a probation violation on Irvine Ave. and 20th St. NW.
DWI, 8:15 p.m.
Traffic stop on Aspen Ave. and Vincent St. NW. Driver arrested for DWI and drug possession. Passenger arrested for drug possession and probation violation.
Warrant, 7:42 p.m.
One arrested for a warrant on Washington Ave. S. and Oak Hills Rd. SE.
911, 6:57 p.m.
Five-year-old dialed 911 because he was angry at his brother. Contact made. No emergency.
FRIDAY, JAN. 3
Traffic Stop, 9:53 p.m.
Traffic stop on Mission Rd. and W Windigo Dr. SE in Cass Lake. One arrested for DWI, false name and a Cass County warrant.
Fire, 1:41 p.m.
Fire reported on Lumberjack Rd. and Hwy 89 NW in Puposky.
Burglary, 11:27 a.m.
Report of stolen property on the 600 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Deputy responded. Adult male arrested for 2nd Degree Burglary and Fleeing a Peace Officer.
