SUNDAY, OCT. 23
Property Damage, 8:26 p.m.
Paintballs shot at a residence on the 1400 block of Bixby Ave. NE.
Accident, 7:38 p.m.
Officers responded to a hit-and-run vehicle complaint on the 1300 block of Anne St. NW.
Suspicious, 6:58 p.m.
Caller found broken window screen in his yard on the 900 block of Donald Ave. SE. Unable to determine where screen came from.
Theft, 6:31 p.m.
Officer took the report of a vehicle theft on the 1400 block of 30th St. NW.
Burglary, 5:27 p.m.
Officers responded to a local residence on the 1200 block of Bemidji Ave. N for a report of a burglary of a garage.
Warrant, 5:02 p.m.
Local warrant arrest on the 1300 block of Spruce St. NW.
Theft, 4:07 p.m.
Campaign signs stolen sometime during the past two weeks on the 1100 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE. No suspect information.
Traffic Stop, 11:53 a.m.
One male arrested on a bicycle on the 500 block of 3rd St. NW.
Accident, 9:22 a.m.
Officers responded to a report of an accident with a vehicle on its side on the 3200 block of Hannah Ave. NW. One juvenile cited.
SATURDAY, OCT. 22
Assist, 9:35 p.m.
Officer assisted another agency in a vehicle pursuit. Two adults arrested on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
Disorderly Conduct, 5:41 p.m.
Property damage accident/road rage incident on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S.
Suspicious, 5:11 p.m.
Officers responded to a possible homeless camp on Park Ave. NW. Upon arrival, only a blue tarp was found. No one was present and nothing further was requested.
Disorderly Conduct, 4:35 p.m.
Property damage accident/road rage incident on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Suspicious, 1:40 p.m.
Officer responded to a suspicious activity report on the 600 block of 14th St. NW. Upon arrival, it was a homeless encampment on private property that is vacant. Refer to the JPB.
FRIDAY, OCT. 21
Welfare Check, 10:43 p.m.
Officer responded to a welfare check on Highway 71 and Fern St. NW. The female subject was disoriented, confused and intoxicated. The female was transported to the hospital.
Weapons Offenses, 8:41 p.m.
Officer took the report of a male party who was possibly carrying a firearm in a bar on the 6400 block of Bemidji Ave. N.
Suspicious, 7:40 p.m.
Officers received a report about suspicious persons coming and going from an abandoned local apartment on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Officers located and identified subjects who departed without any incident.
Found, 7:32 p.m.
Caller reported found purse on the 800 block of Dewey Ave. NE. Caller from out of town, refused to answer return call from officer. Unknown what happened to purse.
Welfare Check, 6:45 p.m.
Officer conducted a welfare check on an adult male acting strangely in a residential area on the 1700 block of 3rd St. SE. The male needed no assistance and was frustrated because he lost his phone.
Suspicious, 5:21 p.m.
Caller found a vehicle with the car door open and purse on the seat on the 1100 block of Event Center Dr. NE. Officer made contact with the RO and confirmed all was well. The RO said she got distracted and forgot to close her door when she exited the car.
Suspicious, 5:16 p.m.
Suspicious male ran from backyard of residence on the 900 block of Carter Cir. SE.
Accident, 11:49 a.m.
Officer responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision with injuries on the 2800 block of Bemidji Ave. N. One driver was issued a citation for inattentive driving.
Medical, 11:19 a.m.
Officer responded to a medical on the 2400 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Female transported to medical care facility. No overdose. Female had too much to drink the previous night.
Theft, 8:59 a.m.
Officer took a report of a theft from a vehicle on the 2800 block of Pine Ridge Ave. NW.
Property Damage, 7:40 a.m.
Officer took a burglary report on the 1900 block of Middle School Dr. NW. Garage was broken into. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
Welfare Check, 3:26 a.m.
Officers responded to a welfare check for a subject with extreme paranoia hiding behind a local business on the 1700 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Subject agreed to go to the hospital for evaluation. Officers provided a courtesy ride.
DWI, 2:58 a.m.
Traffic stop on 15th St. and Beltrami Ave. NW. Driver and passenger arrested.
THURSDAY, OCT. 20
Suspicious, 10:14 p.m.
Subject advised to take care of outstanding warrant on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
Suspicious, 5:58 p.m.
Officers called for a suspicious person camping on abandoned property on the 1400 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Officers identified subject and learned that they had permission to be on property from owner.
Burglary, 11:23 a.m.
Report of burglary on the 900 block of 15th St. NW.
Security Check, 6:21 a.m.
Foot patrol on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Two subjects with non-nightcapped warrants advised.
Suspicious, 4:44 a.m.
Report of a safe in the roadway on the 600 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. SE. Obstruction was removed from the roadway.
Security Check, 3:52 a.m.
Adult male placed under arrest for multiple outstanding warrants on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.

Report of gun shots, possible poaching on Power Dam Rd. and Blackbird Rd. NE in Cass Lake. Unable to locate.
Harassment, 5:42 p.m.
Neighbors feuding over easement on the 54100 block of Eagle Nest Dr. NE in Waskish. Alleged threatening comments were made. No legal action requested.
DWI, 5:25 p.m.
Traffic stop on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.
