BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
SUNDAY, NOV. 20
Theft, 8:53 p.m.
Officers responded to the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW on a report of theft. Suspects were arrested and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal substances.
Theft, 1:58 p.m.
Vehicle theft report on the 1100 block of Dewey Ave. NE.
SATURDAY, NOV. 19
Suspicious, 11:10 p.m.
Suspicious footprints and video footage of subject in yard on the 800 block of 14th St. NW. Suspect identified to be subject in separate case.
Assault, 8:16 p.m.
Officers called to a local residence on Irvine Ave. NW for a report of an active domestic assault. One arrested.
Accident, 6:13 p.m.
Officers responded to a hit-and-run accident at a local restaurant on the 200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Assist, 9:48 a.m.
Assist ex-boyfriend in retrieving his computer on Park Ave. NW.
Theft, 5:59 a.m.
Vehicle in the ditch on 15th St. and Middle School Dr. NW turned out to be stolen. Reunited with owner.
Burglary, 5:38 a.m.
Officer responded to the 1000 block of 15th St. NW on report of a suspicious person. One male identified. Charges forwarded.
DWI, 2:25 a.m.
Traffic stop for no headlights after sunset on America Ave. and 3rd St. NW. Female driver arrested for DWI.
FRIDAY, NOV. 18
Civil, 8:38 p.m.
Officers spoke with a complainant reporting the transfer of communicable disease on the 800 block of 2nd St. SE.
911, 1:57 p.m.
Officer responded to the 1600 block of Norton Ave. NW for a 911 open line. Officer located elderly male with phone in pocket. Everything fine.
Warrant, 10:52 a.m.
Assisted probation office on a search of a residence on Ridgeway Ave. NW.
Property Damage, 9:17 a.m.
Vehicle was egged sometime during the night on the 1100 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Does not appear to be any damage to the vehicle.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 7:06 a.m.
Officer responded to 10th St. and Bemidji Ave. N to a report of a manhole cover dislodged. Cover was put back into place.

Harassment, 8:07 p.m.
Complainant admitted he made a fictitious report of threats on Thorsonveien Dr. NE.
Dead Body, 7:26 p.m.
Deputies responded to a suicidal male at his Bemidji residence.
Property Damage, 1:08 p.m.
Broken stained glass window on the 4400 block of Eckles Rd. NW. East side of the church.
Welfare Check, 5:20 a.m.
Welfare check on female in Bemidji. Female transported to hospital for mental health evaluation. Boyfriend arrested for warrant.

DWI, 6:54 p.m.
Adult arrested for DWI, warrants, driving IPS and felon in possession on the 100 block of Liberty Dr. NE in Blackduck.
Animal, 5:49 p.m.
Deputies responded to a possible hunting accident involving a horse on the 16400 block of Andrusia Rd. SE in Cass Lake.
Property Damage, 11:18 a.m.
Report of a house being egged on the 1300 block of Averi Cir. NW.
DWI, 1:36 a.m.
Deputies responded to a crash on Sandpiper Rd. and Sumac Rd. NE in Turtle River. Adult arrested for DWI.
FRIDAY, NOV. 18
Traffic Stop, 9:04 p.m.
Traffic stop resulted in the seizure of suspected narcotics on the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Charges pending.
Traffic Stop, 7:51 p.m.
Adult arrested for warrant on Roosevelt Rd. and Little Norway Ave. SE. Transported to Cass County.
Property Damage, 12:43 p.m.
Complaint of eggs being thrown at complainant’s residence on the 3200 block of Johnson St. NW last evening. No suspects at this time.
Dead Body, 11:24 a.m.
Deputies responded to an unresponsive adult male in Bemidji. Subject was declared deceased. Death investigation pending.
