BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
SUNDAY, MARCH 27
Theft, 10:45 p.m.
Motor vehicle theft reported on the 1100 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.
Assault, 6:28 p.m.
Caller heard screaming from neighbor’s apartment on Itasca Loop NW. Officers found a domestic assault victim. An adult male had fled prior to officers’ arrival. Probable cause to arrest was issued.
Traffic Stop, 1:21 p.m.
Officer conducted a traffic stop on 9th St. NW. Driver was issued a written warning for failure to stop at a traffic control device and arrested for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.
Accident, 11:25 a.m.
Officer’s squad damaged by a turkey.
Theft, 6:33 a.m.
Officer took a theft from a motor vehicle report on the 900 block of 4th St. SE.
Assault, 1:34 a.m.
Officer responded to a possible assault on the 300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Adult male arrested.
Disorderly Conduct, 1:20 a.m.
911 call to remove an unwanted female on the 1300 block of America Ave. NW. Subject arrested on multiple charges.
SATURDAY, MARCH 26
Weapons Offense, 11:56 p.m.
Officers responded to a possible weapons violation on the 300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.
DWI, 8:01 p.m.
Officers responded to an accident on Irvine Ave. and Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.
Assault, 3:58 p.m.
Officers responded to a domestic assault on Roman Dr. NW. Upon arrival, male party was arrested.
Assault, 3:23 a.m.
Officers responded to an assault on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Two adult males arrested.
FRIDAY, MARCH 25
Burglary, 9:11 p.m.
Burglary complaint on the 400 block of Wood Ave. SE.
Theft, 12:57 p.m.
Theft of license plates reported on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
Suspicious, 3:08 a.m.
Male individual issued citation for multiple offenses on the 1900 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Two juveniles reportedly arrested.
DWI, 1:53 a.m.
Traffic stop on the 8000 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Adult female arrested for DWI.

Warrant, 11:23 p.m.
Female with outstanding local warrants located and arrested on Jefferson Ave. and 16th St. SW.
Assist, 10:09 p.m.
State patrol arrested one on Paul Bunyan Dr. and 23rd St. SE.
Suspicious, 9:38 p.m.
Report of a suspicious person on the 15500 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE. Tribal Police determined it to be a shadow. Clear.
Traffic Stop, 12:18 p.m.
One arrested on Irvine Ave. NW.
Fire, 11:47 a.m.
Deputy responded to a reported fire on the 13600 block of Kelm Grading Ln. NW in Bemidji. Verbal warning for burning garbage and no burning permit.

Assist, 10:42 p.m.
Assist state patrol on the 100 block of Centerline Rd. N. in Solway. One arrested.
Traffic Stop, 9:18 p.m.
Traffic stop, one arrested for warrant on Roosevelt Rd. and Dorado Ln. SE in Cass Lake.
Traffic Stop, 7:09 p.m.
Male arrested for DWI, drug possession, child endangerment and outstanding warrant on a traffic stop on Sunnyside Rd. and Roosevelt Rd. SE.
DWI, 11:24 a.m.
Report of a reckless vehicle on Irvine Ave. NW. Adult female arrested for DWI-controlled substances.

Disorderly Conduct, 9:55 a.m.
Problems with friend living in reporting party’s shed on Three Mile Rd. NE in Blackduck. Criminal complaint forwarded to County Attorney’s Office.
Assist, 2:49 a.m.
One arrested on Bemidji Ave. and 17th St. NE.
DWI, 1:14 a.m.
Male arrested for fourth-degree DWI on Power Dam Rd. and Swenson Rd. NE.
