SUNDAY, MARCH 7
Disorderly Conduct, 6:41 p.m.
Remove one call on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Male arrested on local warrants, no new charges.
Theft, 5:46 p.m.
Report of stolen trailer on the 1600 block of Bixby Ave. NE.
Burglary, 4:12 p.m.
Three cited on the 800 block of Grant Ave. SE.
Theft, 10:29 a.m.
Warrant arrest after shoplifting report on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Assault, 10:15 a.m.
Report of assault involving threatened use of a firearm on the 1300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. One arrested.
Traffic Stop, 5:32 a.m.
Stolen vehicle located and recovered on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. One arrested.
Traffic Stop, 1:46 a.m.
Traffic stop on Bemidji Ave and 17th St. NE. Driver arrested for DWI.
Burglary, 12:29 a.m.
Officer responded to possible burglary on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Two individuals arrested on warrants.
SATURDAY, MARCH 6
Traffic Stop, 11:09 p.m.
Traffic stop for speed over the limit at Industrial Park Dr. and Carr Lake Rd. SE. Driver placed under arrest for multiple violations.
Theft, 11:01 p.m.
Stolen vehicle reported on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Later recovered.
Disorderly Conduct, 3:10 p.m.
Male was placed under arrest for driving while cancelled-IPS on the 2100 block of Harrison Ct. SW.
Animal, 11:49 a.m.
Subject abandoned a cat in a carrier as the driver would not let her take it on the bus. She left the cat with a Holiday employee with no contact information. A passerby heard what was going on and offered to take it to Great Tails Animal Rescue in Grand Rapids. Officer got contact information for the rescue and allowed her to take the cat as abandoned.
Drugs, 12:51 a.m.
Officer responded to the jail to pick up suspected narcotics.
FRIDAY, MARCH 5
Assist, 5:53 p.m.
Officers assisted the Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force in the execution of a search warrant on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Multiple individuals placed under arrest.
Warrant, 1:16 p.m.
Male was arrested on a warrant and drug possession on America Ave. NW.
Warrant, 8:35 a.m.
Check forgery investigation on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Male also bailed out on his misdemeanor warrant.
Traffic Stop, 2:14 a.m.
Traffic stop on 35th St. and Park Ave. NW. Driver arrested on his warrant.
DWI, 12:37 a.m.
Traffic stop on the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. Adult male arrested for DWI.

SUNDAY, MARCH 7
Fire, 6:43 p.m.
Report of a vehicle on fire on Roosevelt Rd. and Frohn Rd. SE. Driver arrested for drug DWI and DAC IPS. Another arrested.
Disorderly Conduct, 5:50 p.m.
Disturbance call on the 600 block of Nordic Ave. NW. Two cited, one arrested.
Theft, 11:11 a.m.
Deputy received a report of a vehicle stolen sometime since November 2020 on the 2400 block of Royal Estates Rd. NE.
Burglary, 10:07 a.m.
Burglary report of storage unit on the 200 block of Spirit Ave. NW in Wilton occurring several days ago.
Traffic Stop, 2:55 a.m.
Traffic stop on a vehicle with incorrect plates on the 1200 block of Little Norway Ave. SE. Driver fled on foot, vehicle was confirmed stolen. Driver was not located. Two arrested.
SATURDAY, MARCH 6
Fire, 10:48 p.m.
Car fire on side of Highway 71 near Wildwood Rd. NE.
DWI, 9:23 p.m.
Traffic stop on Highway 2 and Lomen Ave. NE in Solway. Driver arrested for DWI and drug possession. Passenger arrested for drug possession.
Assist, 7:54 p.m.
Male arrested for out of county warrant on the 7100 block of Pete Ln. NW.
DWI, 7:24 p.m.
Traffic stop on Town Hall Rd. and Claire Ln. NW. Driver arrested for drug DWI. Three passengers also arrested for probation violations and drug possession.
Fire, 6:04 p.m.
Fire reported that may have been in violation of permit requirements on the 25700 block of Ruffed Grouse Rd. NE in Blackduck.
Found, 12:27 p.m.
Recovered lost firearm on the 11500 block of Everts Rd. NE in Blackduck.
DWI, 12:31 a.m.
Report of a vehicle in the ditch, suspicious activities on the 8800 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Parties fled on foot, arrested, facing drug DWI charges.
FRIDAY, MARCH 5
Traffic Stop, 9:18 p.m.
DWI investigation on the 900 block of 30th St. NW. One arrested.
Traffic Stop, 6:54 p.m.
Traffic stop on Highway 71 and Lake Beltrami Rd. NE. One arrested for drug DWI.
911, 3:46 p.m.
Deputies responded to the report of a fish house that had broken through the ice near the 1700 block of Crosby Ct. SE. House was found to be a drop down and just setting up for the weekend. No assistance was needed.
Burglary, 11:02 a.m.
Burglary of icehouse in Bemidji.
Assist, 8:18 a.m.
Courtesy ride turned into probation violation arrest on Highway 2 and Clearline Rd. NW in Solway.
DWI, 2:13 a.m.
Deputies investigated suspicious activity on the 1000 block of Chief Boyd Dr. NE in Cass Lake. One female arrested for suspected drug DWI.
