BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
SUNDAY, JUNE 28
Drugs, 10:27 p.m.
Officers took a report of possible drug activity and a report of an individual who overdosed on the 2400 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Search warrant executed.
Harassment, 6:30 p.m.
Officer responded to a report of possible harassment on the 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. Harassment was unfounded. One male arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Property, 2:40 p.m.
A bike was found and is held awaiting an owner.
Theft, 1:38 p.m.
Bike theft reported on the 700 block off 12th St. NW.
Security Check, 1:07 p.m.
Officer checked on three subjects lingering in the cemetery on the 9300 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Subjects were moved along.
Trespass, 11:06 a.m.
Subway employee was upset with her cousin and didn’t want him to return. officer located subject and so advised.
DWI, 2:09 a.m.
Report of individual asleep in a vehicle with the door open on the 1800 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Individual arrested for DWI.
DWI, 12:32 a.m.
Report of a reckless vehicle on the 400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.
SATURDAY, JUNE 27
Assault, 10:27 p.m.
Officers responded to a possible domestic. Two females arrested.
Assault, 10:03 p.m.
Report of an assault, suspect left residence prior to arrival, suspect fought officers on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW and was arrested.
Assault, 9:32 p.m.
An individual was arrested for domestic assault by strangulation.
Suspicious, 8:19 p.m.
Officers responded to the 600 block of 6th St. SE on report of an individual with a firearm. officers located male who stated it was a toy gun. One male cited.
Fire, 5:29 p.m.
Officers responded to a residential fire on the 600 block of Lincoln Ave. SE.
Warrant, 4:15 p.m.
Warrant arrest on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Warrant, 3:52 p.m.
Male was placed under arrest without incident for a felony warrant after being seen in a public place on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Male was transported to the jail without incident. No further actions taken.
Warrant, 3:35 p.m.
An individual was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 2400 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
Fire, 1:31 p.m.
Dumpster fire on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
Agency Assist, 1:10 p.m.
St. Paul requested assistance identifying suspect in pursuit in the cities.
Public Relations, 9:44 a.m.
Second Amendment rally in the courthouse lawn. No issues.
Property Damage, 8:01 a.m.
Overnight graffiti complaint on the 400 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Photographs collected, no suspects.
DWI, 2:13 a.m.
Traffic stop on Bemidji Ave. and 2nd St. NW. Adult male arrested for DWI.
FRIDAY, JUNE 26
Assault, 11:43 p.m.
Report of an assault in progress, two parties arrested for domestic assault by strangulation.
Disorderly Conduct, 9:04 p.m.
Officers responded to a removal request on the 600 block of Anne St. NW. Adult female arrested for fourth degree assault.
Weapons Offenses, 8:18 p.m.
An officer checked on a small group of individuals openly carrying on the 200 block of 6th St. NW.
Welfare Check, 2:07 p.m.
Welfare check. One arrested on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Drugs, 10:34 a.m.
Drug info passed on to the task force.
Theft, 9:06 a.m.
Officer responded to a report of a fleeing shoplifter on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Three arrested.
DWI, 1:53 a.m.
Traffic stop on 11th St. and Birchmont Dr. NE. Adult male arrested for DWI.
THURSDAY, JUNE 25
DWI, 7:28 p.m.
Officer located a stolen vehicle on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for DWI and receiving stolen property.
Welfare Check, 6:34 p.m.
Welfare check on the 1100 block of America Ave. NW. Individual arrested for a warrant.
Warrant, 5:35 p.m.
Officer observed female with an outstanding warrant on the 200 block of 6th St. NW. Female was arrested on warrant only.
Theft, 5:34 p.m.
Officers responded to a report of a theft on the 400 block of Railroad St. SW. One arrested.
Medical, 3:26 a.m.
Individual taken to the hospital after ingesting marijuana and mushrooms. Upon arrival to the hospital, the subject refused services and was picked up by a relative.

SUNDAY, JUNE 28
Drugs, 11:00 p.m.
Assist city with drug overdose investigation coming from in town.
Disorderly Conduct, 7:14 p.m.
Male party arrested for drug DWI and DANCO violation.
Theft, 2:59 p.m.
Deputy took a report of a stolen license plate on the 49600 block of Rogers Rd. NE in Kelliher. Plate was signed stolen.
Disorderly Conduct, 2:05 p.m.
Deputies responded to a disorderly conduct on the 6400 block of Chipmunk Ct. NW. Subject was ultimately arrested for DUI.
Property Damage, 7:06 a.m.
Deputy took a report of possible air gun damage to a residential window on the 1800 block of Little Norway Ave. SE.
DWI, 5:39 a.m.
Accident on the 4600 block of Grant Valley Rd. NW. One male arrested for DUI.
911, 3:57 a.m.
911 hang up resulting in drug DWI arrest on the 1200 block of Little Norway Ave. SE.

Burglary, 1:37 p.m.
Deputy took a report of a burglary that had occurred on the 9800 block of Turtle River Lake Rd. NE.
Burglary, 11:43 a.m.
Report of a burglary in progress on the 1300 block of Whiting Rd. NW. Turned out to be the realtor for the residence.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 3:29 a.m.
Reckless vehicle complaint on Highway 2 and 15th St. NW. Vehicle located and driver arrested for DWI.
Traffic Stop, 2:41 a.m.
Traffic stop on Paul Bunyan Dr. and Middle School Dr. NW. Driver cited, passenger arrested for outstanding warrants and false name.
Assist, 1:31 a.m.
One arrested on the 8000 block of Irvine Ave. NW.

Report of a suspicious vehicle blocking a roadway on the 13200 block of Geror Dr. NW in Solway. Adult male arrested for DWI and probation violations.
