SUNDAY, JUY 19
Assault, 10:38 p.m.
Adult female arrested for domestic assault.
Theft, 3:08 p.m.
Motor vehicle theft reported on the 1600 block of Bixby Ave. NE.
Welfare Check, 12:04 p.m.
Daughter requesting check on mother. Both parties reside at residence. Daughter gave permission to BFD and BPD to force door entry. Subject located inside residence and was fine.
Suspicious, 11:45 a.m.
Subject sitting in vehicle behind heating plant on the 400 block of 14th St. NE. Subject identified and advised of complaint. Subject agreed to move to public park for nature viewing.
SATURDAY, JULY 18
Traffic Stop, 8:18 p.m.
Officer assisted another agency on a traffic stop. One adult male arrested on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Theft, 2:02 p.m.
Theft of catalytic converter reported on the 900 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S.
Theft, 11:41 a.m.
Report of wallet taken from vehicle on the 1100 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.
Theft, 11:20 a.m.
Subject reporting theft of groceries on the 600 block of Mississippi Ave. NW.
FRIDAY, JULY 17
Weapons Offenses, 11:54 p.m.
Report of possible gun shots in the area of 6th St. and Central Ave. SE. All quiet upon officer arrival. Nothing suspicious found.
Accident, 8:53 p.m.
Pedestrian hit and run reported on the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S.
Hazards (dangerous), 7:30 p.m.
Power line downed on the 1600 block of Bixby Ave. NE. Power company was contacted.
Theft, 3:37 p.m.
Package stolen from mailbox on the 600 block of Mississippi Ave. NW.
Disturbing the Peace, 1:24 p.m.
Noise complaint in neighboring apartment on the 3900 block of Supreme Ct. NW. Kids playing, mom agreed to quiet them down.
Civil, 11:44 a.m.
Civil issues over dog custody issues on the 1200 block of 2nd St. SE.
Assist, 11:31 a.m.
Hospital staff reported overdose patient that was just treated with Narcan left hospital in unknown vehicle. Unable to locate patient.
Property Damage, 8:36 a.m.
Three tires slashed on a parked vehicle overnight on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW. No suspect information.

Officers took a damage to property report on the 700 block of 22nd St. NW.

Officer took a report of property damage on the 500 block of 21st St. NW.

Officers took a report of damage to property on the 3100 block of Cedar Ln. NW.
Assault, 1:18 a.m.
Report of people fighting at Hard Times. Officers located several individuals at the Elks Club, charges forwarded on several individuals.

THURSDAY, JULY 16
Property Damage, 10:55 p.m.
Officer responded to a property damage report on the 1600 block of 3rd St. SE. Individuals threw rocks at windows causing damage.
Assist, 10:39 p.m.
Officers took a report of damaged property on the 700 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Complainant did not wish to pursue charges.
Assault, 10:40 p.m.
911 hang up, charges referred for domestic assault.

Officers took a damage to property report on the 700 block of 18th St. NW.

Report taken of damage to property on the 500 block of Grant Ave. SE, broken window.
Fire, 6:55 p.m.
Officer responded to a fire on the 800 block of 21st St. NW. Homeowner was advised by fire department to put fire out.

Officers responded to an assault complaint on the 900 block of 26th St. NW. One arrested.

Deputies resolved fireworks complaint on the 7600 block of Birchmont Beach Rd. NE.
Warrant, 8:14 p.m.
Male arrested on an out of county warrant on the 600 block of Main St. N in Blackduck.
Accident, 4:01 p.m.
Biker tipped over on a slow turn on the 7600 block of Grange Rd. NW. Transported by EMS.

Deputies investigating an assault complaint on the 3800 block of Elliot Rd. NE. Male arrested for domestic assault.
Theft, 7:35 p.m.
Theft investigation on the 2800 block of Big Bear Ln. NE.
Weapons Offenses, 7:01 p.m.
Sound of shots fired on Porcupine Rd. and Mission Rd. SE in Cass Lake. Believed to be fireworks.
Assault, 3:39 p.m.
Deputies responded to a report of an assault on the 1100 block of Porcupine Rd. SE in Cass Lake. Probable cause to arrest was issued for one female suspect.

Report of fisherman harassment on Lake Bemidji.

Third hand report of two kayakers who trespassed on Black Creek Rd. NE 10 hours earlier. Unable to identify kayakers.
Disorderly Conduct, 3:34 p.m.
Disorderly conduct, one arrested for outstanding warrant on the 1300 block of Porcupine Rd. SE in Cass Lake.
Property Damage, 10:36 a.m.
Sign struck in the state park. Unknown subject.

Assault with a weapon on the 9900 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Two arrested.
THURSDAY, JULY 16
Assault, 11:30 p.m.
Report of people arguing outside in Little Norway mobile home park. One male arrested for domestic assault.
Suspicious, 10:47 p.m.
Report of a suspicious vehicle on the 4400 block of 15th St. NW. Was found to be stargazing.
Theft, 2:11 p.m.
Report of a stolen vehicle on the 28300 block of Acme Ln. NE. Vehicle was last seen 7-14, taken out of the yard of the complainant.
Theft, 8:01 a.m.
Deputy spoke with caller regarding the theft of a package from his mailbox on the 14800 block of Thoren Dr. NW. in Solway.
