The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to from Thursday, Sept. 9, to Sunday, Sept. 12.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

SUNDAY, SEPT. 12

Suspicious, 11:11 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of possible gunshots on Railroad St. and Pioneer St. SE. Officers searched the area and did not locate any criminal activity.

Disorderly Conduct, 8:49 p.m.

Disorderly house on the 500 block of 26th St. NW. Officer made contact with residents who stated they had too much to drink and were going to go to bed.

Assault, 4:28 p.m.

Domestic assault on Irvine Ave. NW. Male suspect fled the scene prior to officer arrival.

Disturbing the Peace, 2:59 a.m.

Loud music/party complaint on Minnesota Ave. NW. Tenants sleeping inside, left radio on, agreed to turn it off.

Suspicious, 1:46 a.m.

Officer stopped and made contact with two individuals carrying a street sign on Irvine Ave. NW.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 11

Assist, 10:34 p.m.

Assisted state patrol on the 400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for multiple violations.

Disorderly Conduct, 8:47 p.m.

Fireworks complaint on the 1200 block of Park Ave. NW.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 7:01 p.m.

Complaint of a vehicle driving recklessly on a bike trail. Vehicle located by BCSO in Turtle River and the driver was arrested for DWI.

Harassment, 10:41 a.m.

Officer responded to a harassment issue on Norton Ave. NW. Upon arrival, male was arrested for several charges.

Theft, 10:32 a.m.

Reported theft of a planter on the 1100 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.

Drugs, 7:03 a.m.

Report of found drugs on the 100 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Individual arrested.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 10

Property Damage, 10:48 p.m.

Officer responded to the report of property damage on the 500 block of 19th St. NW. Resident agreed to replace damaged umbrella.

Disorderly Conduct, 3:42 a.m.

Male arrested for public nuisance on the 1200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

DWI, 1:30 a.m.

Officers responded to a hit-and-run on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW. Driver located and placed under arrest for DWI.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 9

DWI, 9:03 p.m.

Traffic stop on the 200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.

Violations/Court Orders, 3:01 p.m.

Violations of OFP reported on Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. One arrested.

Theft, 11:08 a.m.

Theft of a handgun from a vehicle on the 1000 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

DWI, 1:38 a.m.

Traffic stop on 9th St. and Beltrami Ave. NW. Driver and passenger arrested on multiple charges.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SUNDAY, SEPT. 12

Violations/Court Orders, 10:14 p.m.

Leech Lake placed female under arrest for obstructing and DANCO violation on Rooseelt Rd. SE.

Traffic Stop, 7:31 p.m.

Traffic stop on N. Plantagenet Rd. and Longfellow Ln. SW. Driver arrested for DWI.

Animal, 7:52 a.m.

Pig repeatedly on the loose destroying gardens and harassing animals on the 22000 block of Pine Breeze Trl. NE in Cass Lake. Destructive pig allowed to roam at will. Owner cited.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 11

ATV, 10:07 p.m.

Traffic stop on the 20100 block of Puposky Rd. NW. Male arrested for third-degree DWI and failure to yield to emergency vehicle.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 7:17 p.m.

Reckless vehicle located on the 700 block of Main Ave. NE in Turtle River. Driver arrested for DWI. Two more arrests made.

Theft, 6:21 p.m.

Report of vehicle theft on the 27600 block of Paws Path Ln. SE in Pennington.

Suspicious, 12:06 p.m.

Report of a drone being used in the neighborhood of the 6200 block of Division St. W. Answered questions regarding use.

DWI, 2:48 a.m.

Traffic stop on the 4400 block of Washington Ave. S. Driver arrested for DWI and drug possession.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 10

Agency Assist, 10:01 p.m.

Assault/fight reported during a sporting event on Blackduck School property.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 6:16 p.m.

Deputies responded to a reckless vehicle complaint on Highway 2 and Paul Bunyan Dr. SE. Vehicle was located in Hubbard County and driver was arrested for DWI.

Assault, 12:18 p.m.

Report of a physical domestic revealed an adult male had assaulted his girlfriend and fled the scene on Pony Lake Rd. NW. One ultimately arrested.

Theft, 11:36 a.m.

Small flag stolen from the 4800 block of Stacy Ann Dr. NW. Driver of vehicle located, they agreed to return flag.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 9

DWI, 8:33 p.m.

Traffic stop on Jackpine Rd. and Nature Rd. NW. One male arrested for DWI, DAC-IPS, and ineligible possession of ammo. One male arrested for warrants and false name.

Assault, 4:05 p.m.

Adult female arrested for domestic assault on Huckleberry Ln. SW.
