Blader Tot Hotdish will join Plow Bunyan and Blizzard of Oz in the Bemidji-based MnDOT fleet after results were tallied in the third annual Name a Snowplow contest.
More than 64,000 votes were cast in this year’s contest.
One newly named snowplow will be assigned to each of MnDOT’s eight districts.
The other seven winning names are Yer a Blizzard, Harry; Blizzo; Clearopathra; Better Call Salt; Han Snowlo; Scoop! There it is; and Sleetwood Mac.
