250 supporters of the Boys & Girls Club of the Bemidji Area filled the Hampton Inn & Suite’s Conference Center Friday night for the organization’s annual “Evening Of Love For Our Kids” Gala.
Gala attendees met the Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year, Olivia Stapleton and heard from Elexus Buntley, the Assistant Director of the Boys & Girls Club of the Bemidji Area, who told of how the Boys & Girls Club was instrumental in her youth.
The gala, which featured the always entertaining live auction with Kathy Heltzer, along with several other fundraisers, raised over $65,000 in pledges in addition to the various fundraisers.
